ISLAMABAD: The Petroleum Division on Saturday proposed a rise in fuel costs by 35% for home shoppers.

Sources advised NEWSONHY Information the proposal is for 4 months — from November to February.

The sources added that no improve in fuel value has been proposed for shoppers falling below the primary two slabs.

Based on the sources, a 35% improve in fuel tariff has been proposed for shoppers falling below the final 4 slabs.

Final week, the Cupboard Committee on Vitality (CCoE) authorised the Energy Division’s abstract on the winter incentive package deal on incremental consumption for all home, industrial, and basic companies shoppers of ex-Wapda distribution firms and Ok-Electrical from November 1, 2021 until February 28, 2022.
