Pakistan, Chinese language armies take part in joint anti-terrorism train

  • JATE 2021 is being performed to observe, grasp varied drills, procedures concerned in counterterrorism operations.

The opening ceremony of the Joint Anti-Terrorist Train (JATE) 2021 was held on the Nationwide Counter-Terrorism Centre (NCTC), Pabbi, as a part of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation’s (SCO)regional anti-terrorism construction. 

Based on an announcement issued by the Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR), the troops from the Individuals’s Liberation Military (PLA) China and Pakistan Military are taking part within the Train. 

JATE is being performed with a view to observe and grasp varied drills and procedures concerned in counterterrorism operations, together with cordon and search, compound clearance, shut quarter battle, and medical evacuation.

The train is aimed toward enhancing synergy and interoperability amongst particular companies and legislation enforcement companies of the SCO member nations for combating worldwide terrorism, practising mechanisms to reply to a disaster scenario, and capability constructing of the forces.

Stage one of many workouts was performed in respective nations from July 26 to 31, 2021, whereas the two-week-long stage two is being performed in Pakistan.

Main Common Javed Dost Chandio was the chief visitor on the opening ceremony.
