WASHINGTON: A reported taking pictures on the US Military’s extremely safe Ft Meade base north of Washington Thursday was simply an train, with no casualties as initially reported, a base official mentioned.

Andrew Arconti, chief of plans and operations on the base, instructed AFP that the ostensible incident was a deliberate train for such emergencies, after one other official had confirmed the incident to AFP.
